As HR Operations Manager, you are our HR champion, making us shine in our HR and team processes that support staff across 9 countries and 7 languages. Learning and taking inspiration from other organisations, you explore and develop new HR practices, and input to our organisational developments.
The HR Operations Manager role at WeMove Europe is a HR generalist position, covering the full spectrum of people operations and HR processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the handling of staff contracts
- Managing our payroll, in coordination with our external country-based payroll accountants
- Maintaining and further developing our HR portal for staff (Personio)
- Handling HR requests coming from our team
- In charge of putting in place and monitoring our HR and team policies
- Keeping the oversight of our recruitment and on/offboarding processes
- Providing HR analysis and recommendations to our senior leadership team
